The total amounts distributed for primary school pupils are £9,515,367.52 and for secondary school pupils £4,169,991.54. Details of the 106 agreements agreed can be found in the Annex below. These figures correspond to 821 primary places and 242 secondary places. A Council spokesman added: „We can confirm that the funds held have been collected in a timely manner and with the corresponding development triggers defined in the various legal agreements. Studies conducted by the Conservative Group at Ribble Valley Borough Council show that between 2013 and 2017, only £335,000 from S106 agreements was collected by the previous Labour administration in County Hall during the creation phase of the recently adopted Core Strstegy by Ribble Valley Borough Council. The S106 varies according to the type of development and the needs of the borough.
