Transition Partnership Agreement

The Transitional Partnership Agreement (EPA) aims to support transitional planning for children and youth who may be at risk during transition. B for example, an early graduation, a class change, a change of school, a transition from school to university. The process is therefore aimed at parents and caregivers, children and young people (if any), staff in kindergartens, schools and higher education institutions, as well as professionals working with the child or young people. Education psychologists have a particular interest in transition, as transitions are a fundamental aspect of life. We learn to manage transitions of an advanced age, and for most children, it is a natural process that is rooted in the development of safer bonds. But we cannot take this for granted to all children. We know that some transitions can be more difficult for some children and adolescents. This could be the case if they have experienced disruptions in their relationships and changes or transitions that have not gone well. Such children and adolescents, with adults in their lives, benefit from carefully planned transitions. Thank you, Lougle. I`m a little embarrassed in Hampshire, I couldn`t have found it myself. Apart from that, I wondered if anyone had ever had one and his experience, that is not a thread completely wasted (I hope). DS has an AS dx and dyspraxia, but he has no hope of getting a statement, he just isn`t that bad.

His former teacher proposed last year to get something I did, but couldn`t think of a single thing for which one could have one – most of his problems will be temporary, that is, once he`s settled in school, they won`t be necessary, or things that a statement can`t do, like getting a few friends. I think that the proposed objective of one of these agreements is to facilitate its transition from primary to secondary education, because we predict that it will be difficult. Looks like if it works right, he could do it. Or maybe, as you say, a worthless piece of paper. We had a meeting with the nurse and the school to begin planning her transition, the school nurse, who is also the nurse from our elected high school, will arrange a meeting with SENCO and also organize a personal tour for DS. Then it is proposed that he spend a few hours a week there for the summer semester, so that he is used to the place before leaving. If the PPI helps everyone stick to these goals, I think it will help. But is that the case? (the reason for my intervention) Too bad I didn`t go to the meeting where they were pushed.

I was invited as SN governor to the school with SENCO (which proposed the IAP). Unfortunately, DS2 was sick and I couldn`t go. Apparently, Hampshire doesn`t have an Ed-Psych system right now, so it might be the best thing we can have. Parliament`s report contains an explanation of the agreement, including any significant differences or improvements. It also contains information on rules of origin and trade tariff quotas. Although PPI has been used for a number of purposes, including helping to plan children and youth with special educational needs, it has always played a key role in the action plan for a successful transition. The change of IAP`s title to the Transitional Partnership Agreement means that there will be a clear focus on planning transitional measures. TPA intends to support the transition for children and youth who may be at risk during their transition to kindergarten, school, university or a New Year group. Read the contract documents to understand what the agreement covers and how it might apply to your business.
