If you send your payment by email, please send an email to the payment address listed on your invoice using the envelope and the attached payment coupon. Payments received up to 17:00 p.m. where your payment is sent will be credited from the date of receipt. If they are received after 17:00 p.m, they will be credited the next day. Payments made through Wells Fargo Online Banking at wellsfargo.com are credited on the basis of the Cutoff period reported at the time of the transaction. If you do not follow these instructions, your payment cannot be credited up to five days after receipt. Checks or other paper documents can be converted into an electronic transaction through procedures put in place by the National Automated Clearing House Association. In this case, the original cheque or any other document you send us is not kept, but a copy will be available on request. A portion of your available line of credit may be maintained at our discretion until your payment is honoured. You cannot pay this account through a Wells Fargo bank, a N.A. credit or credit account, or a Wells Fargo Partner credit or credit account.

You cannot use SUPERCHECKS checks to make payments to this account. In general, we first apply your minimum payment to lower APR balances (e.g. B purchases) before sales with higher APRs (p.B. Cash advances). Payments above the minimum payment are first applied to balances with higher balances before balances with lower payments. We reserve payments for the billing cycle during which they are received. Any payment that exceeds the minimum payment payable will be applied based on the balances expressed on your last billing statement. To request a copy of your account contract or ask other questions about your credit card account, if none of these reasons apply and you still can`t find an agreement, call them to ask for a copy of your contract. Under federal law, your credit card issuer is required to provide a copy of your contract upon request. If it is a common account, a default for one of you will be by default. We can prevent further transactions and we can close your account and other Wells Fargo accounts. If your account is late, you agree to pay our collection fees, legal fees and legal fees related to the application of our rights under this agreement.

The agreements to be put in place contain general terms, prices and information on fees. They are not specific to a person`s account information. (26) Execution rights. We can give up enforcing our rights or delay them without losing them. A divorce or separation court order or an out-of-court agreement does not affect any of our rights to enforce this Agreement. In general, a person authorized to this account is not required and is not responsible for outstanding balances or other fees collected by you or any other authorized person. In the event of the death of all fully responsible cardholders, the privilege of authorized users automatically ends. You agree to inform any authorized person that they are subject to all applicable sections of this Agreement.

You agree to provide us with certain personal data about each authorized user. You must have the permission of any authorized user to provide us with this personal data.
