If your agreement does not contain a provision for AWS Confidential Information and you and AWS do not have an effective confidentiality agreement, you agree not to disclose any AWS Confidential Information (as defined in the AWS Customer Agreement), except as required by law. › AWS Customer Agreement – This agreement regulates your use of our services You must be authorized to use the BYOL program for the corresponding Microsoft software as part of your agreements with Microsoft. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and complying with all applicable Microsoft licensing requirements, including product usage rights or product terms. By using Microsoft software as part of the BYOL program, you agree to the Microsoft End User License Agreement. (c) cooperate with other AWS customers. You may reproduce and distribute (but not licensed) lumberyard materials (including any permitted modifications and derivative works): (i) to other AWS customers that you are subcontractors, for the sole purpose of enabling those AWS customers to perform work on your behalf, (ii) to other AWS customers in connection with work you perform as contractors for them, and (iii) up to 5 other AWS customers, that authorizes you to distribute a Lumberyard project associated with your sale or license of that Lumberyard project (for example. B publisher of a game you have developed). The rights of these other AWS customers in lumberyard materials are subject to their agreements with us.
