„Program Policy Page“ means the target page: www.hubspot.com/partners/affiliates/program-policies on which we provide all current guidelines and guidelines for the Partner Program. The affiliate agreement template should also provide an overview of the initial and current responsibilities of the Affiliate and the company. For example, is the Affiliate responsible for maintaining a certain degree of trust in the brand and the way they write or present the company? Are they responsible for reporting certain performance ratios to the company? Is the company itself responsible for providing affiliates with ongoing support, resources, or performance metrics to help them succeed? These are all things that should be taken into consideration before creating a partnership program, but once it is decided, it will be useful to describe it clearly in the agreement itself. Under no circumstances may you create, publish, transmit or distribute mass messaging messages (also known as SPAM) without the prior written consent of FatCow, which are in any case granted or refused at FatCow`s sole discretion. In addition, you may only send emails containing a FatCow affiliate link and/or a message regarding FatCow or the FatCow Partner Program to individuals who have previously agreed to receive such messages. Your failure to comply with this Section 14, the CAN-SPAM Act 2003, our anti-spam policy and all applicable laws regarding e-mail communication is considered by you to be a material breach of this Agreement and results in the loss of any commission rights you may have and the termination of your participation in the Partner Program. If your account has excessive clicks within a very short period of time, set by FatCow at its own discretion, the affiliate relationship may cease. It`s easier than ever to increase business and find new customers online through a third-party website (called an affiliate). But to protect both parties, you need a website affiliate agreement to avoid unfair competition, infringements, and other obstacles to a good and profitable relationship…
